Pad Replacement
& Guide
 The
replacement pad for the 11" Waxcoa and PolishMaster orbital
polishers are pad only without any hardware attached. The overall pad measures
10 3/4 inches across.
The
old pad must first be removed from the metal pan assembly. The
measurement of the metal pan than fits into the replacement pad cut-out should
be 6 3/4 inches across. The metal pan must be cleaned of any adhesive and foam
residue. A good quality solvent or acetone
should do the trick. The new replacement pad must then be re-attached to
the metal pan with a good quality contact cement either aerosol
spray or liquid. Allow the replacement pad to dry for at least 6-8
hours before use.
